Welcome to MAST Key Club

Key Club is all about giving back to the community, volunteering, and making a positive impact on the world around us! We participate in all kinds of
community service opportunities from shoe drives to Christmas gift wrapping with the RAINE foundation. Key Club is a great way to get volunteer hours, participate in leadership roles, and help out in your community.

Services Opportunities

Toddler Tuesdays

A 30 minute service event every Tuesday during Lunch.  You walk over to the daycare center with a book and read to the kids for 30 minutes. Sign up on the Google Classroom!

RAINE Foundation Gift Wrapping

Help wrap presents for families in need.  A super fun event with a lot of hours available. Sign up on the Google Classroom when the signup sheet is sent out!

 

                 Breast Intentions

Volunteer to help set up, clean up, and work the Breast Intentions fundraiser. It is a lot of fun and for a great cause. Sign up on the Google Classroom when the signup sheet is sent out!

 

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I become a Key Club Member and what are my obligations as one?

You can become a Key Club Member by registering for the service year and paying your dues. This cost pays our district dues, international dues, and a MAST Key Club shirt for each member. Also remeber to joing the Key Club Google Classroom.

The Google Classroom Code is: xah2gqd 

Your obligations as a Key Club Member are: 

  • Attending at least 50% of club meetings 
  • Participating in at least three major Key Club events 
  • Fundraising 
  • Following the Key Club code of conduct 
  • Complete at least 50 hours of community service each year 

What is the meeting schedule and where are the meetings?

GENERAL MEETINGS are for all Key Club general members to know what upcoming events, important information, and share your thoughts. These are a great way to keep up with Key Club activities. These take place every other Monday Lunch B in the Media Center. 

EXECUTIVE MEETINGS are for officers of Key Club, however, are open to anyone who would like to share their ideas with an officer. These will take place every other Monday (opposite of the general meetings) in Ms.Tomalesky's room in 319 Lunch B.

If I have a service event is there any way that I can bring it to the Key Club to get our members involved?

Yes, absolutely. We encourage you to do so. If you have a service event you would like to bring to the club feel free to stop by our Executive Meetings in Ms. Tomalesky's room in building 319. During Lunch B on Mondays oppsite to General Meetings.
